Switch to useDynLib in NAMESPACE rather than library.dynam #50

Adding a useDynLib statement to the NAMESPACE file is cleaner than calling library.dynam inside of .onLoad in zzz.R. In addition, we can explicitly declare which C-level routines should be visible to R:
