uCars event bug?

I am running uCars with 1.12.2 and skript is bensku's fork. I made an event when the car crashed, but it did not react.

It is a request, I want a similar event even when the car broke. On Vehicle Destroy did not move.

on car crash: broadcast "test"

There is no error when reading.
