The problem was with the score and MTB definitions for the tips - changed to the following setup: "mtb_ManagerSelfTips_Days": 0, "mtb_EmployeeNorthboundTips_Days": 0, "mtb_EmployeeSelfTips_Days": 0, "basicScore_ManagerSelfTips": 15, "basicScore_EmployeeNorthboundTips": 10, "basicScore_EmployeeSelfTips": 15,
