Support tokens for different account types

1. When allocating tokens to resellers have admin select what acount type is for the allocated tokens.
2. Let the reseller see all the types he has... Handle no type
3. Let the reseller allocate different types
4. Present to the reseller the different Types - don't forget to handle copy
