let a reseller change the organization he works with in the ChatView #681

Similiar to TSD - allow a reseller to change an org:

  1. Only present this options to resellers
  2. Behave the same as in TSD (when a reseller is changing an org, this is a cross system change) - save the org in local storage
  3. UI wise:

  1. same as in TSD - let the user select My Organization to remove the org selection: image.png

have a crack at the design of it. should it be a component, or be implemented at each occurrence (team view, TSD, Claire)

i think im done for just the looks in chat, it works in TSD
