Too many issues - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Just try to use mongoose, then give up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting something working a little bit, but...
- can't use an index.htm file, need to be index.html
- sometimes (many times) "Install service" just won't take the new parameters, 
you can save your conf file and restart 10 times, it just keep on starting with 
the old configuration. You have to close and kill everything, then launch 
mongoose and then the service again to get your new configuration running
- when using a .htpasswd file, it keeps on asking for login and password again 
and again and again, you never reach the page
- they are some other erros I just met, I can't remember cause it's late and 
I'm tired of all this crap. Good luck, I will switch to another web server. I 
will switch to a web server I should say.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1, windows 7 32bits

Please provide any additional information below.
To the developpers : you don't need to put you program online. Just launch it 
on your computer 3mn, you will have work for all days. This is not even an 
alpha version yet
