Potentially add CameraControl.Devices by dukus #3

Looking to add the open source DigiCamControl (https://github.com/dukus/digiCamControl) to replace the Nikon libraries. This will add more manufacturers and remove the proprietary Nikon libraries.

This will require a rewrite of the CameraControl components. They are in an older version of .Net that isn't compatible with .Net 7.0.

Looking for other solutions.
