Doesn't center the screen #2

This installs fine, no errors, but doesn't appear to actually work.

I'm using vim mode, so I use the command palette to activate it, but nothing happens?

@mpe I just installed and tested it with vim mode. It is working on my Atom. Do you have the latest Atom installed? And do you see any errors logs, when you calling it on palette?(You can open your develop tools and check it)

I'm running 1.5.3. And there's no errors.

Now that I test it more I see it can work, but not always.

What I mean is, if you use it in a big file where there is lots of lines below the cursor, then it works.

But if you use it on the last line of a file, it doesn't scroll the last line up to the middle of the screen. So I guess this is more of a feature request than a bug.

On Windows 10, what I do to get the Atom screen is to press this key combination: Windows/Start - Right Arrow
