Should be more padding between name, email, phone number for better visibility

Team's Response

Thank you for your suggestion. However, the team reached a consensus that the current padding is appropriate and consistent across the UI. And increasing the padding requires extra effort, as we are using the default configuration now (i.e. no padding).

Therefore, the team has decided to mark this issue as not in scope.

 Issue response

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: I disagree with the development team's decision to classify this issue as "Not in Scope." The user interface design, specifically the padding between elements, directly impacts the usability and accessibility of the application. Given that the application is likely to be used on various devices with different screen sizes, including smaller screens, sufficient padding is essential for ensuring that all users can easily read and differentiate between the contact details displayed.

The current padding configuration, while perhaps adequate on larger screens, may not provide sufficient visual separation on smaller or more compact displays, which can lead to user strain and errors in reading or interpreting information. This is a fundamental aspect of user interface design that affects a significant portion of the user base, particularly those who rely on mobile devices or smaller laptops for their work.

Therefore, addressing this concern is within the scope of creating an inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly application. It is essential to cater to the needs of all users by ensuring that the interface is clear and easy to navigate, regardless of the device used.
