It is not mentioned what ## alone indicates and thus is hard for the reader to follow

It is mentioned in Page 8 of the user guide. However, we can make this clearer by including a hyperlink to Page 8 in the relevant sections.

As we have clearly defined the hashtag (##) notation in the user guide, we will be downgrading the severity to low. Thank you for your input.
