As you can see in the screenshot, the bottom items don't appear while the top ones do.

The bug is more evident while scrolling.

If you want to see it by yourself, don't hesitate to download QuitNow! It happens on the first screens.

Wow, just checked better and the same happens with the left side in horizontal pickers.
