If AddCommandParser is created, the Activation Bar should be connected to the name box. if not then the arrow should be pointing to the start of the activation bar

Team's Response

We feel that this is a VeryLow as it is a purely cosmetic issue and it is a limitation of plantUML rendering. The alternative rendering of the sequence diagram would look like:

which may cause further confusion as the box is bigger than expected.
