Can't drag the app window around when scrolled low on a large list of mods #33

Once I scroll down a fair bit the window bar at the top is unresponsive to attempts to manipulate it.

if you scroll down a bit you'll be able to scroll again, scroll gets stuck at points for some reason

Did this change in the newest version? I am behind a version now (wasnt when I posted) as I am running 2.4 for a while for mods. When is scroll down past the top of the window the scroll bar never functions unless I go very back near the top of my mods again.

image I cannot scroll this window even at the very bottom. I will record a video if really needed.
