Create preset from steam collection

My idea is essentially the opposite of Create Steam Collection

The idea is you supply a link or workshop id such as https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2791768447 and it would then fetch the steam collection mods and create a new preset.

I may be just terrible at organizing my mods but I wanted to try a collection without manually searching and enabling them all individually.
