Version number discrepancy in Nuget (1.9.9) vs. GitHub (1.9.8) #178

The latest release on Nuget is 1.9.9 ( https://www.nuget.org/packages/ClientDependency/1.9.9 ), but on GitHub, it's still 1.9.8.

Have fixed that up, sorry about that! Got too busy with many things last week. 1.9.9 should be used for all sites since a security issue was discovered. The latest release tag has more info https://github.com/Shazwazza/ClientDependency/releases/tag/v1.9.9, this is also why all other versions are unlisted on Nuget.
