The previously recommended version (3.5) reached EOL several years ago and is no longer available for download from the Python website.
This commit changes the recommended version to the latest version of Python - and gives a hint to the reader why it should be used.
I'm going to have to do some thinking about how to phrase this. I'll hopefully have the time Wednesday to get done work done here.
