1 year ago just ran into this myself, the answer was the kama tools page (manually completed anytime)

Describe your issue
While playing through the modpack I have hit a wall with Eidolon where the scythe quest is not opening up or allowing me to complete it. There is also the "Nether grout" quest that is not becoming active after getting the little black squash balls from them. I have tried going into edit mode in order to reset previous quest in order to see if would trigger it. However had no luck
