Describe your issue
If you place a framed block, apply any block you want to duplicate, scan it with the scan tool and then build it using the minecolonies builder, it will only require the framed block, but have the block already applied to it. So you can just break the framed block to get that block back out, effectively creating it from thin air.
As the creation of blueprint can be done in creative single player, one does not even need the block to cheat it in, so it is worse than a dupe glitch in my opinion..
