Need to re-add Harmony to scan mods after mod initialisations.

First, add own command to change log level (feature migrated from issue #7).

First part done in commit 0d5b7562385c7a7ff09219ac472a70fc8cd4cdeb.

Second part moved to #15. Command scan and modnix console command are released with version 3.
