chunks/gui.js and chunks/flags.js aren't minified. In webpack.config.js, make them gui.min and flags.min respectively.

Remove favicon.ico and the extension example.

Might it be possible to remove the -a flag (so it cleans things up automatically) by putting 16-9 in static/?
