Come the Monday meeting on the 19th of August, have a Service that you're actively looking into

I'm quite interested in trying to implement a Azure version of the Whisper API for LangChain. I feel this will be a challenge but also a good start to working directtly out of the LangChain repository.

I would also like to research translation services and the CosmosDB:

Translation services have no implementation on LangChain so far.
CosmosDB has some but may not be exposing the full service

Adding on to this, I will be looking into the Azure OpenAI text-to-speech
