Can't take Mewtwo from the storage #312

After capture mewtwo and stored into the storage box, now I can't take it back to my party:

  1. Store Mewtwo
  2. When I try do take it back to my party, with enough empty space, it makes the successfully sound but nothing happen

I was having a similar issue. I restarted the game (after saving of course) and went back to the box. This somehow made it possible to retrieve mewtwo from the box. This is still a glitch that should be looking into but it seems that it is possible to troubleshoot thankfully.
