Implementations:
Created a new option to garrison soldiers at either the stronghold menu or the nearby fiefs menu.
User is given a list of the fiefs they rule, and has the option to distribute soldiers.
Upon selection, garrison soldiers option prompts the user to enter a number of soldiers they would like to distribute.
Error checking is thorough here; user cannot enter non-integer values or their request is cancelled.
After entering a number of soldiers to allocate, it will divide the number by the number of fiefs to create even groups, leaving the remainder back at the stronghold if the number doesn't divide cleanly.
Each fief is ran through and updated.
Other Changes:
Renamed a number of spelling errors in the code (fife to fief).
Reduced the wait time after an attack to sleep for 1 sec down from 2 sec before "continue" pops up (feels less sluggish).
