Reproduce the beelabel Jupyter noteobok

This is the example code from Mike's original repo: https://github.com/lionfish0/beelabel/blob/master/labelling/compute5.ipynb

We need to reproduce this so we can get the inputs and outputs for the alignment and 3D flight path inference (trajectory) functions.

This is required in order to write the basic tests for:

• https://github.com/sheffieldmltracking/flight_path_inference/
• https://github.com/sheffieldmltracking/alignment
