Order parts #17

Parts listed here. Need to:

[ ] Check the list is complete (for Ohio devices and for Exeter devices)
[ ] Perform an inventory of all the parts in the various labs, bring all the bits together in the storage/printing room on level 2.
[ ] Devise an inventory system (aka a google spreadsheet?)
[ ] (ask Mike to) order enough to build 10 colour tracking systems and 5 greyscale-only tracking systems.

Notes: Out of date google doc (contains parts list, that needs tidying and converting to BOM) and rough instruction on construction.
