Getting stuck on Loading... when trying to start the app #49

Installed the app to send streams through my macbook. The app isn't loading, it gets stuck before starting. Any suggestion? Thank you in advanc Captura de ecrã 2022-04-04, às 04 30 35 e

Hello, I am having the exact same issue on my Mac Mini M1. I downloaded v2 of the software 10 minutes ago. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

I decided to try the Windows version on my HP Pavilion Ryzen laptop with Windows 11 and the same issue as the Mac Mini M1, stuck on the loading screen. Even ran it a second time with Run as Administrator and the same results, stuck on "Loading..." Anyone have any suggestions. Thank you.

On my the Mac Mini M1 I went to the View menu and selected Reload, this displayed the logon screen. Screen Shot 2022-04-03 at 10 32 04 PM

A work around would be a force reload

I have tried on OSX and two PC Windows 10 and also get Loading on all three but force reload helps

For now Force Reload is the accepted workaround. It's documented in the initial instructions.

The force reload only exists because of this bug, it is documented in V1 and also explicitely mentionend on my reddit step by step guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/PlanetWatchers/comments/tscbe3/project_awair_element_user_data_retrieval/
