V2 App stops sending data after having it run for a day #57

It seems like the fix that the dev implemented in v2 does not work. I had the v2 app running from yesterday and it just stopped sending data to PW by itself. I had to exit out the app completely, relaunched, login again to have it back to running

I noticed that when the app stops sending data, the Logout button at the bottom right has disappeared as well.

I'm using Windows 10

This happens to me after only some quantity of hours - less than 12, typically. The only fix is to close it and open it again, completely.

Mine also stopped working, had to close and reopen

does anyone know if it is more stable on a mac vs pc?

Same here, according to the logs I managed 10 hours, no errors, last entry in log was "Successfully sent data to PW servers" and then nothing for the last 9 hours.

Turning off and on again fixed it (for now).

Same problem here, same fix. Upon restart, I needed to login again to Planetwatch, seems it lost the cookie or something.

Stops uploading after 24 hours on v2 on windows10 mini pc. Same as others still.

It was sending data for 5 hours then the logs show that the data was sent but according to PlanetWatch app, the last feed was at 11pm last night and I installed and started the new version at 6pm yesterday. I am on Linux.

Planetwatch stopped accepting data-streams from Awair Element altogether. Check their AMA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-t17AHt4mQw
