ADD[105]:Need to update the Our Contributors section #106

Added a new link to the contributors page for the year 2023. Changed the href attribute of the link to the contributors page for the year 2022 to filter the results to only show the contributors for that year. Updated the text of the links to be more descriptive.

Benefits: The changes made in this pull request will make the project more user-friendly and easier to navigate. The updated Our Contributors section will make it easier for users to find the contributors who have made contributions to the project in the year 2023 and 2022.
