Update Readme #28

Added contribution list... Tell me the name of the contributors with their GitHub Accounts so that I can add them here... Here Whenever you make an issue just write "Take a look at Readme so that you can add your name as our contributor." Let them add the name by themselves so that it is much easier.

@Omm2005 You can get the contributors list from the repository main page. But adding all the contributors manually, is not a good approach. We might need to add 1-2 lines of code, that will be updated automatically, when there is a new contributor. You can explore this on google, how we can add contributors. Have fun!
