Something in SSVM VSO seems to make ropes unusable #252

I was going to use a rope to climb out of a big hole i was in but my ropes would not work. When I got to this mod when reinstalling mods to see which one was causing it it happened. I'm not sure how since I can't find anything that edits ropes in it.

I fixed it but don't know how I did.
