Hi,
I am working on updating the conda "pantools" package to 1.2. To follow the guidelines of conda recipes, a license type/file is required, https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda-build/en/latest/resources/define-metadata.html#license-file, so can you please add this to either the repo or the tarball?
