When you reset your password, you get an email from Shelby. The link dumps you into Shelby and there's really no hand-holding... in a bad way.

Enhancement

Click link from Email
Dumps you into the /preferences pane
Highlight the fields or fieldset for changing your password

This should be talked about IRL, to determine proper UX
