Video pull down menu not functioning in Chrome #717

The video pulldown menu [between Admin and Settings] appears as though its skipping and is difficult to open.

occurred using Chrome in stream, queue and personal roll

should be able to put cursor over it and it should open without skipping

has anyone else been able to reproduce this issue? @reecepacheco @ckurdziel ?

@bcoffey for future reference, it's helpful if you're able to provide the URL for the page you encountered this issue, that we can be sure whether or not it was on shelby.tv, staging.shelby.tv. also, it's important to know exactly which area of the app you were in. sometimes things work in matyus.shelby.tv but the same thing doesn't work in shelby.tv/tools. recording all that of that data will help us locate the source of the issue more quickly!
