steps to reproduce: Roll any video in any browser

Roll notification does not appear at all.

Should bring up a notification that confirms the video has been added to your roll

this is actually not showing up on the live feed as well.

grabbing this. will hotfix on master then merge back to staging.

fixed this with last commit, on master and staging
