UI changes to Search #742

In the search side panel, the search button should be styled #eeeeee white. Text in the search bar should be 13px and include copy telling users the benefits of our search.

In the top bar, in the search bar, the magnifying glass should be on the right side, the search text should be 12px.

i don't think white is correct for the search button in the guide.

"blue" indicates creation/submission in our app. And you're submitting a search. So it should remain blue.

great point, can we increase the text "Search" on the button from 11px to 12px. I think it looks a bit small currently.
