Ability to roll to .TV networks through extension #748

Since I've decided to actively start curating a .TV roll, I realized that it would be grand if the extension would allow me to directly roll onto a specific roll of mine.

@spinosa - I assigned you, since you happen to do most of the heavy lifting on the extension

We need to refactor the entire bookmarklet, and this ability should be included in the re-write. Probably not gonna change the current bookmarklet pre-refactoring.

removing me and putting in backlog for now. as curators ramp up, this will become important
