e.g. fred wilson should be able to use his own disqus account to moderate discussion on his .TV

For now this is done.

Currently if the roll belongs to Henry, Reece, or Fred, the disqus forum will be unique to that site, otherwise all others use a global shelby.tv forum (also used by seo pages)
