video scrubber not interactive when logged in or out #789

cannot click in the scrubber track to advance the scrubber cannot drag the scrubber

assigning @matyus as i have a feeling this is related to a bunch of other things

come to think of it, I bet the pre-roll modal overlay is the cause of a lot of these (i bet it's a div on top of this shit that isn't getting removed from the DOM)

fixed w/ commit e5854a074ada62cc2066b4d3ae5437a4f0cdf6f6
