Escape quotes in video titles (title attr. in videocard) #800

There are quotes in the title of this video, so stuff like title="foo "bar"" will fuck shit up.

Somehow, and surprisingly so, the browser rendering engines are smart enough to sort of ignore it and display things properly... regardless this is not good.

This is going on Backlog unless @spinosa or @iceberg901 determine otherwise. Assigning @spinosa until he determines more appropriate assignee.
