Sharing to Twitter while Rolling Doesn't Include URL #814

Steps to reproduce: 1) Log into Shelby 2) Click "Roll video" button on a frame 3) Enable sharing to twitter 4) Click share and observe that the post doesn't go to twitter with a link NB: it does post to FB, but only posts thumbnail of video, not link to Shelby

@spinosa Since I've been focusing more on Chris's emails than Github recently as my "task list", I wasn't even aware this was assigned to me. I'm happily finishing up the new explore combined with channels experience so you can jump on this one if you want to.

this only affected multi-rollers when rolling to a roll that isn't the standard, public roll.

fixed via backend.
