Associated rolls on .tv sometimes come up with undefined/roll_title as their displayed title

In place of undefined, what should actually be seen is the username of the roll's creator. Not sure exactly what causes this but:

• It seems to be more likely if the roll wasn't already loaded via a logged in user's roll followings
• It seems to be more likely if the roll was created by the RollCreatorWizard rather than being a public roll from back in the days when you could create them in the app

I believe this always happens when there are zero videos on the roll in question, and you visit the .tv network directly (ie. any of the associated iso rolls)

@iceberg901 does this stuff occur on the new .TV profile pages? if so may be worth working on this week. if not, let's hold off for the time being until we know the results around the test.

This was a problem on the API side. It happened because the roll's creator wouldn't be loaded by the C code when the roll had no frames. The roll's creator info was used in the front end helper for determining the roll title. Fixed by ShelbyTV/shelby_gt@cf56de1912a3b2e02fa0b8fca3e1780aac2c6a7d
