Logging this one because I've experienced it a bunch intermittently and have reports of others experiencing it. Don't expect that we'll nail it down right away but should be aware of it and tracking it in the event it becomes a bigger issue.
Issue is as follows:
1) Click on a video in the stream
2) Video throws a playback error and advances to the next video in the stream
3) Context in the PVI is updated to the next video in the stream
4) The video player appears to load and play the previous video - sometimes in the foreground, other times in the background. In either case, two players are going at once now and there's no way to stop the video.

Hypothesis: this happens when different video players are loaded and is a weird issue with timing/loading these players.
