roll w/ tweet should not double post to conversation #165

see the shaq video on Oct 3 for a clear example of: 1) user rolls this posts to their roll and sends tweet 2) arnold sees tweet as video tweet 3) arnold adds tweet to the conversation

Should not be adding that tweet to the conversation

non-issue as we don't auto-post to actual users anymore
