Have seen this with @kepsolution user "martha" in Safari and with @vincentiadevaia user in Chrome. Somehow, the _shelby_gt_common_cookie is set to indicate a currently authenticated user, but there are no session cookies for either the web app or the API. On loading the web app, it proceeds as if it has an authenticated user, makes a request to the API which requires authentication that fails and then presents an error message to the user on top of a blank black page.
