send fewer URLs to embed.ly #63

EITHER

a) only hit embed.ly for the videos we can support by tighetning up their regex or b) use GT::UrlHelper#parse_url_for_provider_info and if we can't parse it, we can't handle it, so don't send it to embed.ly
