[Bug]: As a Self-service user the Custodian field appear empty in the initial modal when creating a booking #1043

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as Self-service user
  2. Click on New booking
  3. Disabled custodian field appears empty

What is the expected behaviour?

The disabled custodian field should show the Self-service that is currently creating the booking
