escj.sh: description fixed for -j vs -q #6

Sorry for previous commits, but last time I had just read your English description but hadn't seen actual behaviour so I had described something off from actual behaviour. This time I figured out you would intend that -j would be simple so the command with the flag would not care for existence of double quotes but -q would care.
