Bugfix pull request #18

Updated readme.txt to provide details on what and how code has been changed. Updated AdvancedTradeSkillWindow2.lua file with bugfixed code and added comments for it. This fixes outputting Reagents required to any chat including whisper chat (to the person you are currently whispering in your chat window) as well as channel, guild, party, or almost any other chat. I left out Battleground chat because I didn't believe it was necessary but it is easy to add in to the existing code framework along with any other custom channels.

Also removed the 'changelog' since the ReadMe.txt has the exact same information and felt like a duplicate.

Thanks for the response! I thought you'd quit completely but if you're willing to pick up maintenance again that would be awesome! :)
