Biggest change here is changing field/column names so that the scraped field names from the IRS exactly match the field names in the services collection of the shelter dataset. This was previously causing an issue with the process of checking for duplicates but is now resolved.
There are also a couple of minor tweaks that came about from testing the script in the wild.
