Fix build #45

There is something wrong with the Shen/CL compiled by version 2.7.0 that makes 3.0.0 unable to compile Shen/CL again, but I'm not sure what it is. I'm switching to Shen/Scheme precompiled binaries on travis so that I can produce a 3.0.0 release with prebuilt binaries that work correctly.

Once done, the travis file commands can be switched back so that it uses Shen/CL prebuilt binaries.

Ok, seems to work, merging, re-tagging 3.0.0 and making a new release.

Working now, with the nice plus of builds now finishing in about half the time.
